Just to update you all: Mr Dalton has just come back from his habitual Northern Light check and unbelievably, he thought he had seen the start of some lights in the night sky....
Mr Alderson and I followed him and an lo and behold, there they were. Faint at first, but then glowing brighter and across the sky. Greeny yellow in colour. As promised, Mr Dalton then went on the charge to get all of the pupils out. Pyjamas, t-shirts and slippers, but that didn't stop anybody from coming out to see the light show.
Absolutely amazing. They have died down now, but there is a chance that the lights will start again. Now it is time to put lots of excited teenagers to bed!
