Getting the blog up and running

Welcome to the blog for our latest trip to Iceland. Following the success of our trip two years ago, we are very excited about visiting this incredible country once more.  You will be delighted to read that I am aiming for pupils to write the blog and I will try and resist the temptation to write my own diatribe about each day.  Please bear with us as we modify the blog and add images and perhaps even video clips.

I hope that everybody is prepared and I am really looking forward to 0830 on Wednesday morning to collect in passports and EHIC cards before starting the journey down to Manchester.

  1. This is all looking wonderfully exciting! Packing in progress... A 'request' for something wintry was played on Classic FM at 2pm today for all those preparing to go on this trip: 'Blow, blow, thou winter wind' by John Rutter. Have a great time everybody. Looking forward to seeing lots of photos!
